Orders can be placed by Post, Phone, Fax, and the Internet.

 

Terms are strictly payment with order.

 

All orders are free of carriage charges.

 

The goods will be dispatched by a reputable carrier, at a service of 72 hours. Times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but can be subject to delays out of our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible.

 

A priority 24 hours service is also available at an additional cost.

 

Cheque payments will have to be cleared through the banks before goods are despatched. This normally takes 5-7 days. Third party cheques will not be accepted.

 

Customers will be charged £10.00 in the event that any cheque presented as payment be returned to our Bankers as unpaid for any reason whatsoever.

 

No custom, special or sale items will be accepted for refunds or exchanges.

 

Back ordered goods will be dispatched a.s.a.p. And will not incur extra postal charges.

 

Books or Dvd’s can not be refunded or exchanged for other items. If your Dvd or book is defective, it can be exchanged for an identical title.

 

In the case of non-delivery or missing parcels, normal channels will be pursued before replacement or compensation is allowed.

 

The customer must check deliveries before signing receipt from the carrier. The company will not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit if signed for with no reference to the condition, which they were delivered in.

 

Any damages or shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.

 

Signed proof from the carrier is required where a complete parcel is damaged or there are shortages of items.

 

Ownership of goods is only passed to the purchaser when the full payment is received.

 

If ordering on a 24hour service, the cut off deadline will be 12.00p.m. (Monday to Friday)

 

 

RETURNS: For any returns please call our customer service team for a returns number and then return the goods within 14 days for a no quibble money back guarantee or exchange (please note that we are not responsible for postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrect). Sometimes parcels fail to reach us, so please send by registered post as proof of postage. Books or Dvd’s can not be refunded or exchanged for other items.
