The Chang Hu Xin Yi Quan form was worked out by Huiwei, a famous Wushu Monk in the Song dynasty and has been improved by shaolin monk Jinnaluo in the Yuan dynasty and Tongxiang in the Ming dynasty. So it has a high level of techniques and good structure. This form is simple yet fast and forceful and is good practice for actual combat. Subtitles in English, Chinese, French and Spanish.
